 Fig salad, mozarrarella da buffalla, smoked herring and ruccula 
Tofu made at  Topik with wakame, sésame sauce and salmon eggs 
Bull meat prepared on a grenache leaf and white misosauce with sake 
Partridge rice with shrimps and mushrooms 
Wild fish with a terrine  of sauge and trotters in anise sauce

 Edetària, Vinyes Domenech, Pares Baltà , Clos des Fees, Ortas Rasteau Tradition, ...

 A Grenache festival with delicious food. An absolute delight. "When are we coming back?" That was the question among guests.
